EUFORA PRESENTS
Eufora Color Elixir
The color additive category has been built around repairing or reattaching disulfide bonds after they have been damaged from the color service. Eufora colorELIXIR challenges this common solution by creating an additive that PREVENTS bonds from being broken during the service instead of only repairing them after.
This simple two-step system offers unparalleled PROTECTION THROUGH PREVENTION. Color with confidence and achieve multi-levels of lift without compromising hair integrity.

NAOPLEX™ Technology
Chemical services are oxidative reactions which create free radicals that damage and break disulfide bonds. This damage occurs within 1 minute of exposure. The longer exposure to free radicals = more damage. NAOPLEX™ Technology proprietary complex of supercharged natural antioxidants and vegetable proteins designed to impact the oxidative process and prevent damage caused by free radicals.
- Prevents free radicals from damaging the hair during chemical services
- Improves strength and elasticity
- Slows down oxidation for better color penetration
- Restores and repairs hair structure from residual damage

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this mean I can use 30 and 40 Volume Developer on the scalp?
No, although colorELIXIR™ reduces the damaging effects of lightener, 30 and 40 volume are ONLY recommended for off the scalp lightening.
Will colorELIXIR™ slow down processing time or alter results, especially when lifting color?
No, colorElixir™ is designed to work within the normal processing time of EuforaColor. It will not hinder lifting action of AloeLite™ Lighteners or any of the Superlightener shades.
If 1 pump is good will 2 pumps be better?
colorELIXIR™ is calibrated to work at the exact developer and additive amounts outlined in the application chart.
Does this mean I no longer have to be cautious with corrective work and lightener?
Anytime lightener is applied to the hair and scalp, damage occurs. colorELIXIR™ minimzes any damage, however, on severely compromised hair, extreme caution should always be exercised.
Do I need to use Step 2 or can I just use a conditioner?
Step 2 should always be used. This treatment formulated with NAOPLEX™ Technology, restores and repairs the hair structure due to residual damage.
Do bonds need to break for hair to be colored?
No, disulfide bond damage is an unfortunate result of free radicals and the high pH levels in an oxidative service. The oxidation that occurs in a chemical service is a double-edged sword in that while the process of oxidation can help create and mend disulfide bonds, the free radical creation will damage them. The trick is to reduce free radicals and reblance pH to keep the hair strand, and its disulfide bonds in good condition.
Why doesn't my color oxidize as quickly in the bowl when I use colorELIXIR™?
Oxidation must occur to allow color pigments (molecules) to penetrate and attach within the cortex of the hair. Slowing the oxidation helps to prevent rapid damage with the added bonus of treating the color molecules gently, allowing them to penetrate deeper within the cortex of the hair strand. The slowing of oxidation will keep the color formula from changing as quickly in the bowl.
